Objectives and Goals
Through case management and a safe facility, Arbor House provides permanent supportive housing for families, not just the person. Mothers with children receive case management. Learning life skills, getting education, acquiring job placement, and providing child care combine to help them reach self-sufficiency.

Application Process for Residency
Each applicant leases their occupancy. Occupancy is provided when residents agree to contribute to residency rules, as well as their families transition to permanent housing.
Leases run for six months with an option to renew for another xix months upon approval from the program director and the case manager.
Four steps to residency
- A preliminary screening of applicant(s) by the case manager or any member of support staff determine their program compatibility.
- Applicant(s) meet with the case manager to continue the application process. Rules are reviewed and prospective residents are given a tour of the facility.
- When a background check is completed and applicant is approved, a time to move is scheduled.
- The lease is signed on or before move-in day, when a new resident is given a key to their room and introduced to staff and residents.
